DayLight Saving messed up my appointment time

I have my x30 on -5 Eastern Time but it's not counting the daylight saving.. so im 1 hour behind and it messes up my appointment time... when I sync with Outlook, it messes up my outlook too...

if i manually set the x30 1 hour ahead, it will go back to where it was after a couple minute. please help.

my appointments are recurring appointment set in Jan 08 and ends in May
