Axim X30

I keep getting the message "backup Battery low".
As far as I am aware the unit contains only one battery,am I wrong, is there two ?.
So does this message refer to the one battery installed or not.
Anyone help on this please.

There are two batteries - One is the main battery which you can replace by removing the battery lid, the other is a backup battery which is located inside the device, either you send it to a tech place to have it replaced or you can remove the case to get at it, been a long time since I read about it but I think after you replace the backup battery you'll need to solder it back. The backup battery is what keeps your data if you remove the main battery. I don't remember how long the backup battery will keep your data.
If you do the search here, I think you'll find instruction on how to replace the backup battery.
