Is this programme part of x30 system?

I purchased my x30 from ebay it is working fine but has a programme called "Vinci Training" takes up over 16mb of internal memory. Is this part of x30 system if not how do I remove it safely? thank you

I don't think that program is part of the system.

If you have bought an Axim second hand it is always worthwhile to do a hard reset before you get too involved in adding things.
A hard reset will remove any programs added by the previous owner and get rid of any setting changes they may have made.
It will revert to as new condition with only the original programs installed.
It will wipe any data or programs that you have added, so make sure you have everything you need to reinstall your programs.
To hard reset, Hold the power button while pushing the stylus into the reset hole in the back.

The system files or the Operating System, if that's what you mean, is built into the device and will reinstall itself when you do a hard reset.

What you will lose is anything that you have installed, new programs, files etc.
You can back up files just using active sync.
You can back up the whole system using a backup program.

But if you just want to start from scratch, and you haven't added anything yourself, you don't need to back up anything.

The CD that comes with the axim when new, only contains Active sync and a copy of Outlook for your PC, plus a couple of games.
