Backup

I am receiving an alert saying that my backup battery needs recharging, I did not know there was another battery in the X30.
I took out the main battery but could not find another one.
Can anyone advise as to what I can do to rectify this problem.
Cheers

Thank you for your very curt remarks, I did not find an answer to my original
post.
So I clicked on the blue Axim X30 and saw the the original response, it told me what I suspected but no way did it help me with the problem.
Please be aware that for a person new to web sites such as yours it is very daunting difficult to understand, point made.

I don't now anything about the X30 but the X51V does have a small capacitor inside that will go bad. The purpose of this capacitor is to keep the date & time while replacing the battery. I don't know if your date & time reverted back when you took your battery out.

I did a Google search & found some stuff you.
