Does Spb Mobile Shell work with an AXIM X30H?

Does Spb Mobile Shell work with an AXIM X30H? Windows mobile 2003?

Would trying software like this permantly damage the unit if it's not compatible? I know it says the Min req is WM5, but I am hoping that is just a precaution or not 100% stable.

I've never tried it on WM2003 or less, It's WM5/6 compatible, if you try to install it and it's not compatible with your OS, installation will not proceed, you'll get an error message. it shouldn't hurt your ax though. As with any new installation it's best to make a backup just in case before you install new software at any time!
