LogMeIn - remote PC software - "Remote Control"-option will not show the PC Desktop

LogMeIn.com software problem on Pocket PC - remote PC software.

Pocket PC will not log in to "REMOTE CONTROL" - it just returns to the same site again.

My pocket PC running Windows Mobile 2003se (Dell Axim X30) will not log in to the "Remote Control"-option on the log in screen on the Pocket PC. I am running Windows Vista (32) on my HP Pavilion dv9665eo. Using the WI-FI on the Pocket PC.


When I click "Remote Control" the "Your pc desktop is loading and will apear shortly." on blue bagground is flaching shortly and then it just returns to the"Remote Control , File Manager , End session"-screen again on the Pocket PC.

(Cookies is allowed on the Pocket PC.)



The "File Manager"-option works O.K. - so I am connected in one way........???


Does the Pocket PC connect option work on the Logmein FREE version ?



.....only once I could log in via the Pocket PC on a PC running the Logmein Pro Trial......but now I can't log in. This one time it worked fine.



I have tried Pro, Free Trial, IT Reach on 2 HP laptops (Vista) and have now 4 different accounts....... - nothing works ?

I can confirm that the free version works, if you are reading this it has been posted on my computer which is running in a hotel room while I am in a pub elsewhere.

You may want to try downloading the logmein client again.

Also, are you connected to a router or are you trying to connect via a direct Ad-hoc connection, I don't think it will work that way.

Check your firewall and antivirus software, both of those can block a connection.

I'm connecting via WM5 to an XP, so can't emulate your conditions.

But I've never had any problems with the free version.

I am having the same exact problem I have an audiovox xv6600 running ppc 2003 and windows xp. Every time I try to take remote control of pc it always goes back to the previous page. Please help me!

need answer asap please. I tried it from my girlfriends exact phone and work no problem. She has the an older rom installed on her phone could the new ppc rom be the problem?
