Using a File Explorer go to My Device\Windows\Start Menu\Programs. You will see all the shortcuts listed as .lnk files with their icons. You can then rename them or delete them as you wish.

Hello, I did as you suggested but it doesn't work. When I go under Programs it has all the programs and when I use the stylus it just activates the program.

Sorry Dave, got it. I just needed to hold the stylus on the shortcut and then I got a choice in a popup. Thanks a bunch!!! :)
