I think...
Dell should donate one of these to each person who had to call technical support more than once since owning their X5!!

Ha...on Dell web site they have a preview for their new site layout. They make note of their "Award winning Support"

Now what sort of support would that be? I never receive award winning support. Maybe award whining......

man my talk with support has been pretty sucessful. I sorta laugh when i hear people whining over dell's techsupport

Oh...such wonderful looking new electronics...I have been saving up for an Axim X5, but I think I'll get an X3, the form factor looks better to me....I think I'll ask for the Mp3 player for Christmas...I love the look of Dell's stuff.....

Consider yourself one of the lucky ones then. I could go off about their tech and customer support but I've already done that more than once.

you must have the luck of the Irish. I would rather go to the Dentist for a full root canal than call Dell's East Indian tech support.

I know other say you receive the same poor service from other companies but I have yet to have service from anywhere even the DMV! Than I have from Dell.

It is fairly low when the DMV rates better.

well, if ya ask me, the "NEW" dell site doesn't look much better to me. A bit Fancier yes, but don't think it's better.
