X30 Wifi Network Streaming

Hi all

I am very frusttrated. I am trying to get access to my USB Webcam via Network. This is what i made and what i get.
The USB WEbcam is plugged in a Desktop and i am using the Windows Media Encoder to stream into my Network which works very fine, i can access from two different Systems to see what happens in this room. On my Axim itried different Videoplayers. Last Hope was the Pocket vlc which supports a playback via Network. So i entered the correct Adress of System where my Webcam is connected, but the Screen stays black. The curious Thing is i f look into the Media Info it shows connected to 192.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080; Codec WMA2; Channels:2; Sample Rate:32000:Bits per Channel:16 and Bitrate:32 kb/s, the is also a second Info which shows Codec:wmv3; Type:video; Resolution 320x240. So i wonder myself why my Axim will not show the Stream.
Any Suggestions..?
