How accurate is Transcriber?

Hey,

Just like the subject states, I'd really like to know how accurate the transcriber feature can get. Is it worth using it? or should I use their keyboard.

I find it very accurate most of the time. Just make sure to follow the directions on which way to point the arrow for your style of writing. Practice with it on something before its accuracy matters.

i find transcriber to be qiute easy to use. especially when i am using it for notes or tasks. for long sentences or emails i will use block recognizer (aka graffiti) as it is a little faster for me.

isn't great to have options? :D

It didn't work for me at all really. The world really doesn't accomodate left handers though.

After Teaching it how you write and going to the settings and moving the slider to accuarcy versus speed i find it really accurate i just had to change the way i write my "p" other then that its great

I find it depends on whether you write plain English or a lot of jargon and abbreviations. I believe part of the recognition processing is against a dictionary, so full words work a lot better (acronyms, etc. not as well).
