double icons

When I download a program to my X3i, two identical icons appear in the programs menu. For example, I downloaded Real Player (which doesn't seem to work BTW on the Axim) and HP Mobile Printing software and I now have two icons displayed for each -- one says "HP Mobile Printing" and the other says "HP Mobile Printing (2)". Likewise, I have a "RealOne Player" icon and a "RealOne Player (2)" icon.

How do I delete the duplicate icons? Thanks.

Find the duplicate in File Explorer and delete manually.

open the Explore option in activsync and follow this path, My Device> Windows> Start Menu> Programs. from there it will have the different folders you have set up and the shortcuts to access your apps. just delete the ones you don't want.

if you want your shortcuts to look a little more organized, you can rename them so they do not have "shortcut to" at the begining of all of them. just a preference of mine but you can do whatever works for you.
