Please Help: Cannot Sync "File" folder -"Attention Required"

I have had these problem for a couple of days now.
I can sync calendar, notes, contacts and advantgo, etc.
The only problem is that I can't sync "File". I even couldn't change the "setting" of "File" on Activesync, because the item is in grey color, which means unactionable.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled the Activesync twice. It didn't work
Would any one help please?

This is a couple days old ... are you still having problems?

Thanks, Mike, for your concern.

Yeah, it's still not working correctly. I checked google group and dell's bbs. Some said it was caused by firewall settings. So as I tried. But, it doesn't work either, to me at least . Maybe I haven't found the right posts.

The good thing is that I still can use all the programs I already installed.

I still wish that some one can help me before I make a long process of calling cusotmer service, which, I suspect, won't be that much help.
