I'm both & I just don't understand...my brand new, about 45 days old, crapped out on me. It just locked up. Soft resets would bring back the Blue Dell screen and hard resets would only give the delete message, then the blue screen...

I was ticked off, called Dell...they're sending out a refurbished replacement. Anybody else have a similar problem...it's in the hardware, but don't know exactly what.

Mine lasted about 30 days before it did about the same thing. Took 12 days to get new one, but it's working ok so far.

Mine did the same thing after about 2 weeks.
They sent me a replacement pretty quickly, but no explanation
of what might have caused the problem..

well, hopefully they have figured it ot and the new units that they are shipping do not have the problem
