Op system ?

I am looking to get an axim x3.. My problem is that some of the medical stuff I want to download isn't compatable with pocket 2003. Can I buy 2002 and put it in the axim? If so will I be messing the whole thing up ...if not where could I get this 2002 op system? Thanks

X3s are designed for WM2003, only.

Try contacting the software developers to see if there are plans to make their software WM2003 compatible. Also, some software, although it says for PPC2002, may work with WM2003 with little or no loss in function. If there are specific titles you're interested in, post to see if anyone has used them successfully in WM2003.

Gigi has the most valid point. WM2003 is actually like a tweener type of mobile OS sort of what ME was for desktops. That might be the reason that they haven't released a WM2003 version as of yet. They might figure whats the point.
