Good cases for X3 in Canada?

My X3 is coming on Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday of next week (or maybe several weeks from now for all I know), and I am wondering if there are any good cases for the X3 available in Canada. I don't see any on the Dell.ca website, aside from the leather one they advertise, the style of which I'm not a fan of.
I haven't decided if I want a belt-clip case or a metal protective case. I'd like to be able to see them before buying. Are there any stores in Canada that sell them?
Also, I know the X3 comes with a slip-case the attaches to the belt... how is the quality of that case? From pictures I've seen, it looks like the Axim could fall out easily, or get damaged pretty easily (there are many exposed areas). Anyone have experience with the protective qualities (or lack thereof) of the included slipcase?
Thanks again!!

I have an x3i but I'm guessing it comes with the same case?

The leather case x3i comes with is ok. It grips it well enough that I don't think it would fall out. The case mine came with actually held it a bit too tight I think. (my x3i developed a problem where I could scroll down by running my finger down the side of the casing..plus it ended up with what looked like water spots under the screen)

I got a Rhinoskin from Ebay because I had a similar case for my Ipaq 1940 and really loved it. The Rhinoskin case has storage space for 2 sd cards which is nice. It also comes with a removable post and belt clip.

I got it for about $34 US shipped to Canada.

The slip case it comes with isn't too bad to tell you the truth. It is a pretty snug fit. I don't mind it for when I am at work its fine on the belt. However, last week I ordered the Krusell case from aximcases. It ended up costing me about $40cdn which isn't too bad. I may be regretting not ordering the Piel Frama case tho. Everytime I check the site I kind of want that one.

I am the same way, I want to see what I buy before I buy it. But, there is NOTHING available around here for Axims. As for Canadian online retailers, they charge you so much, with the exchange rate right now, you are better off buying it from the south, even with the shipping.

The Rhinoskin case looks nice and all, but I am not too sure if I would like a case that opens to the side. I wouldn't be bad if the front cover opened all the way to the back but it doesn't look like it does..... so it leaves me with a leather case for now. From my past experience I find that I like a nice quality leather case better then I do a metal one.

I bought the Piel Frama over at axim cases, actually got two and I didn't have any problems with customs and no taxes/duties at the border when they arrived via USPS. Overall very satisfied with the Piel Frama, worth the $50 US or so it cost.

I wasn't able to find any *stores* in Toronto that sell PDA cases. There used to be one that dealt with PDAs exclusively, but they seem to have folded. So, online seem to be your only choice.

I bought my Rhinoskin case directly from Saunders and while it arrived very quickly (ordered on Saturday, arrived Tuesday), when UPS delivered, I was hit with $38 of brokerage fees on a $45 case!

Be aware that you will have to pay brokerage fees if you order from the US.

Get them to ship via USPS not UPS. Brokerage for USPS is $5 via canada post.

True enough. After informing them of the high brokerage charges, Saunders said that they are currently in the process of working something out with USPS. I don't recall that there was an option to select USPS for shipments to Canada when I ordered.
