Active Sync problems

I just got my X3 today and I tried to install the Active Sync that was enclosed. Whenever I would get to the setup it would never install. Anyone had any problems like this. thanks

I never had a problem but I downloaded it from:

I tried downloading it and that didnt work either. I dont know what else to try. It is weird, it will never install it. But whenever I restart the computer it will start the install and then the computer shuts down. I cant figure it out.

Do you keep your PC healthy?

Defrag & ScanDisk every once in awhile? Clean your Registry, run antivirus and adaware?

Empty out your caches and temp & TIF files?
