Not Synchronizing to computer

Just got my Axin3 with wifi. I was able to synchronize with my desktop pc the first day and install some programs from the cd. I was never able to synchronize to my notebook pc and I haven't been able to sync to my desktop again. The pda seems to be operaring ok. I managed to beam many files from my Joranada 547 to the Axim. I've never had any problems synching my Jornada with any of my computers. I have re-installed the active synch a couple of times for each computer and the Axim still won't synch. I've sent my problem to Dell Tech people but they have only sent me a link which turned out to be some simple procedure for synching that I have been doing all along. Can someone please help me?
