Not good...X3i won't boot now

I just took my X3i off the cradle and did a soft-reset. It was stuck on the dell screen so I removed the battery as it wouldn't restart. It now says:

"A memory error has been detected. Press <> to correct the error. If the system does not boot, press [Power] + [Reset] to clear all data in the memory and reboot the system."

Well I did that and it did the same thing. I have a demo in about 90 minutes with this device. It seems like it is really dead.

Take the batteries out for about 5 minutes and let all the juice out of it. mine did the same after the upgrade to WM2003 and i put the batteries back in and waited like 5 minutes and it was at welcome screen.
OMG I may be too late!! (da da dum) (creepy music) (shadows moving ever so slightly on the wall) AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Mine stuck on the Dell screen after having to reset it. Had to do this after running Boingo and Winc together. Took battery out and then nothing when re-inserted.

Had to return to Dell.

Got a new one, thinks...... will it do it again...... you betya!!!!

However found out this time - hold the on button whilst pressing the reset and all came back to life.

Any good?

if a prompt doesn't come up when holding reset and power at the sametime then you aren't holding them down enough. Hold them down longer.
