Thanks for the clarification. One last question, so the program memory is the actual memory that's available to run programs correct? (similar to DDR ram on a Desktop PC).

LOL, must be using your x3i to type on here. I sometimes double post with it when back paging.
I have this thing about keeping at least 20MBs free for programs. If it goes below i start searching down stuff that is taking up the space and delete or more it. Always better to have more ram then not enough.
Does the difference between 10MB and 20MB free make much difference to the speed of running?

p.s. well spotted - i was using the X3i to post... that'll teach me ;) i guessed that'd happen if i pushed the back button, always stopped myself before doing it in the past though :D
^^^^ what and where is that program that is built into the x3i. I am curious.
Sheepy, if you are running a few programs that use a couple MBs for each one then you get down to bare bones of your ram and things seem to run slower overall.
