Have X5 and now X3i, utilities ques.

I have many programs for the X5 and I am sure someone has addressed this but I wouldn't even know what to search under, so here it goes.

Can I use my purchased programs on the X5 and the X3i? I know they need to be '03 compliant but if they are can I do that and is it just a matter of downloading and then registering the same as my X5?

Thanks.

You got PM!!!

.
.

Legally you have a license for usage on one device.

But I don't think Unka Bill & Bubba Mike are quite to the point of checking every little device out in the real world.
......yet.

Having said that, yes........just make sure ALL the User Info & Regional Settings are the same as on yor X5 and DL to your X3
and the Register Numbers/Key Codes/PIN Numbers should work.

I've got a couple of apps I bought for my first PDA (Uniden UniPro 100A) that I use on my X5 with no problems.

I think so, I don't remember installing any programs on my x3 that required something different. But I never had a ppc before the x3 though.

I don't know which I'll use;)
I'm scared that once I figure out what this wifi is all about and I use it for awhile I may leave my X5 and I really, really like it!

That's what I meant. If used on one device OR the other, there is no legal problem.

(Check my edited 1st post for instructions)

Okay, now that I have it which programs are compatible to the '03 windows?
I would like to start with Icbar / laucher / poweroff / pocket task manager / softresetARM / BatMemTime (this one is AWESOME) / GSPlayer (how do I make EQ files anyway, I hate having to redo them all the time) / remover (I got it before it became shareware) / WIMR
That should about do it for now the rest I know have updates cause I purchased them.

I can only speak for Icbar - It's working fine with WM2003.
