clock time incorrect

I'm new to pocket pc's I have a x3i. one problem I've noticed is that after A/S and reharge, my clock is off sometimes by several hours. I've also noticed appointments placed [as an example] at 0900 now show up at 1200. anyone have the same problem...outlook 2002 I believe and pocket pc 2003 loaded when purchased.

When you sync with your PC it takes your PC time. Make sure under start---settings---system tab----clock, that you have it set to your time zone. You can manually change the time there too.

I am just follwoing up on the clock settings on your x3i since you didn't responde to it. Did you manually check the clock on your x3i and see if you are on your time zone? because if you live in PST and your x3i is set to EST then when your x3i sees your PC is 9pm PST it will set your x3i to 12am EST since it thinks you are in a different timezone.

The time on the PC can appear to be correct but are both machines on the same time zone (and the same daylight-savings setting)? ActiveSync will adjust to the same 'actual time' so if your PC is set to west coast (i.e. 9am) and the Axim to east coast time, the Axim will be set 3 hours later when you sync (12noon).

yep same time zones for both, in light of Indiana's failure to really decide which time zone to be in..you know something to do with cows.
