Cool WiFi Pop up

Does anyone know how I can turn off the annoying popup that tells me that my X3i can't find a wireless signal? Its a little baloon that pops up and asks if I want to go to settins or to dismiss it.

I am in a wireless environment but I don't leave the wireless on all the time. It sure gets annoying when that thing pops up right in the middle of what I am doing. I might be adding an appointment to the calendar and it pops up and I loose my place or something like that.

Any suggestions?

Jake

PS. I love the X3i. Couldn't have purchase a better one!

Two possibilities for the attempting to connect:

In ActiveSync on the Axim, check Tools, Options, Mobile Schedule (tab) and make sure the "When syncing wirelessly" options are each set to manual.

If you have an email account set to download at regular intervals, it will also try to connect. The solution I found was to select ActiveSync as the account from the Inbox account list when you are not actually connected.

Thanks Ike, I'll try those and see what happens.
