Do you have it set to correct itself when you sync to your PC, and, is it possible that your PC clock is out?

Other than that, no idea sorry

In ActiveSync on your PC - Options, Sync Options (tab), check the box "Synchronize mobile device clock upon connecting."

However, this is the default setting. I think sheepy was asking you about it because of the possibility that your PC clock is wrong and thus resetting the Axim's clock every time you connect.

If the time is wrong when you have not synched to your PC it means that the crystal frequency of you Axim is slightly off,

There is nothing that you can do about this apart from changing the crystal - difficult and expensive.

If this is the case, it seems like something Dell should provide a replacement for (which will make it cheap for mdube except for the time he'll need to spend with Dell's CS to convince them of this).
