Sort of. It's brings the Windows OS build number up to 14053 (from 13100) which includes ROM updates to MS Reader, Messenger, alarm, etc. but lacks the screen rotation function.

Hmm...interesting.

My X3i BT has Build 13349, and I thought that was the latest because people mentioned that the ROM update that Dell pulled updated their Build to 13349.
