I ordered the X30 high on May 21, and Dell says it's shipping tomorrow, yippee!!! :D

I sent my X3i back on 5/18 for credit. They gave me full credit... even for the screen protectors that I kept.

I had tossed the packaging the Thursday before I returned it so I packed it in bubble wrap and sent it back UPS... Houston to Austin... as good as overnight.

It took a week to get the credit but it shows now... even checked my credit card and the credit shows there too.

I expected a reduced credit due to not coming back in the original packing... nice surprise.

When I ordered my X3i I received it 2 days after it showed shipped... can only assume they are coming out of Austin. Being 2 1/2 hours away I didn't see the need to do 2nd day delivery. It pretty much gets here in that time anyway.

Ready to retire my iPaq 3955!

I ordered the high end today, May 30 and Dell says it will ship on the 21st of June.... Kinda slow if you ask me, but I am impatient.

Right wafter being told by CS not too expect it before July 6th, it is now in transit. I am able to track it with the Puralator tracking number from the dell site. It shows that it was picked up May 29 and is in transit in the US to Canada.
Delivery June 2-3. :D

looks like Dell's working today.

My X30H changed to "in production" Friday. Earlier today there was nothing checked in terms of Kitting and Building.
I just checked and they are now both checked off, looks like we are in "testing now. :)

Poor guys at Dell have to work today. That is not fair but I am happy that my X30H is about to be boxed and sent out. Woo Hoo! I ordered the 26th and it was originally supposed to be sent out the 16 of June. Hopefully sometime this week.

Yesterday my X30 High was "in production" and today it says "shipped." The strange thing is that the X30 low I ordered hasn't shipped yet and it's expected ship date is Wed. So acording to the Dell site, I should be getting my X30 high this week and my X30 low this week.

Strange things happening at Dell.
