Ship Date and Arrival Date for Low, Mid & High Models.

I ordered my X30 High on the 8th, along with 2 extra batteries and a synch cable. If I placed the order all at once, will my Axim be held up waiting for the acccessories? It really bugs me that Dell use the standard shipping interface for gear like this, as my order was processed almost immediately and has since been sitting in 'in production' which obviously is a non applicable state for an off the shelf non configurable item like this. Does anyone know if in Australia they try to save money by shipping it all at once? Also, where would my Axim be shipping from? Is the usual thing for Dell to import several hundred units at once and then ship the Axims from a warehouse within your own country? Or should I expect it to come specially from Malaysia or wherever, and thus there will be a customs processing step within my order the same as if I ordered a whole configurable system?

I ordered my X30 mid yesterday (June 9) and found that this morning (early) it was marked as shipped. It was sent out via UPS and I will see if it actually comes tomorrow (I paid for overnight shipping.). It is not showing up in the UPS tracking system yet, however.

I ordered mine(mid x30) last night(June 10) and it says on the website that it was shipped today! Should arrive between 15-17.

Just ordered the mid X30 today (June 10) and they say it should be here (British Columbia) on the 28th. I will soon be giving the Palm III to my three year old.;)

I ordered mine Wednesday evening and it just got here today(Friday)! That was fast! I just hope nothing is wrong with it! I got it for my husband. It's charging right now.

I'm looking to get an X30 high, but it would seem that according to Dell, I have to almost wait a month?!? According to thetir Small Biz site:

I really want to get one, but I hope to get it before I end up going on vacation at the end of July. Does anyone know (Or care to make in intellient guess) if this Ship-time estimate is accurate, or if I can likely expect to wait longer?

I ordered my X30 High on June 10 in the hopes that I could get it before I moved out of my house in August, the original ship date was today, June 25, but I received an email today saying that it would be delayed and the new ship date is on or before July 23. I dont think there is any excuse on why it should take a month and a half to get it

Orderd mid around 1PM on June 20th. Order confirmation email received minutes later. Shipment notification email sent 7:05PM on June 21rst. Unit plus the cradle that I ordered both showed up in the same box on June 22nd. I was prepared by past threads to see the cradle and unit shipped separately. All in all, pretty darn fast. Now if I can just get this ActiveSync install to get past hanging at 92%. Saw another thread that might fix this. Whoo hoo !!

I ordered an Axim high on 6-22 and the estimated ship date is 7-23. I called dell to see why it would take so long and they wouldn't give me an answer, but they gave me overnight shipping for free!

Ordered my X30 624Mhz on June 13 and UPS is supposed to deliver it on July 1st. Stay tuned.
