I heard when you bush your teeth that you scrub away the protective coding around your teeth and there for you should not eat for a few hours after brushing until it builds back up again. Is this true?

If it is, then since everyone seems to eat after they brush, wouldn't it be better not to brush at all, that way your teeth stay protected when eating?

Thankz :)

Hmmm, maybe this puts my view into the right place. My parents always used to make me brush my teeth BEFORE we went out to dinner. I now understand that they didnt want to smell my breath and they wanted me to be clean and presentable, but if it was ruinging my teeth?!!!!!:p

Wow guys - thanks for the input. Yes, I downloaded a registry program - and changed the settings. My internet is running a lot faster now.
Yay, glad to hear that :)

I wish I had some advice/knowledge to give in return!

Anyone need advice on lowering their 800m running times? Or dental advice? Probably not but now that I offerred advice of my own - I feel like less of a knowledge leech!
:D

don't worry about it - six months ago most of us were clueless too :D we're here offering advice now 'cause we've spent waaay too much time both here and with our axims ;) give it six months, you'll probably be here giving out advice left right and center.

I'd be interested to know your answer about the brushing before eating thing though - that's one i've been curious about for a while.
