Dont feel bad I think I ordered mine 1 day before you and the order status shows not even in pre production. I e-mailed them and got a standared B.S. reply. Tried the 800# but C.S. hours M-F 9-5.

I can't work, cuz my work requires me to use the pda. -_- NOT.. lol hopely I get mine in 4-6 days as it said on dell canada website -_-

Same here. Ordered on 5/19. Shipped yesterday morning but always on the way "from Dell to UPS"! It's been on their way for over a day and a half. UPS webs tracking still says "billing information received from shipper". :(
