Do you have the newest version of messenger for the ax? Supposedly many people who had the x3i couldn't use msn messenger until they upgraded, then all was well.

indeed, im on my x30.

Like i said, agile will connect to MSN, but i would rather just use the native sometymes. The native won't connect...ever...

If you have the same problem I had, it was fixed when I downloaded a program that let me turn off the power manager. As soon as I did that , bam........I had MSN messenger. Also, I could connect to sites I could not before and was connecting much faster. I believe it was written by someone on this site, but if you can't find it let me know and I will try to get the link again. I was a miracle fix.

Try the update from Microsoft... you still need to do it to make it work... it did for me on my X30.

I had the same problem at first, then what I did was to start an entirely new account, actually just reset my MSN 6.2 password for signing in and presto it has worked ever since. It even shows on my laptop when the PPC gets logged in.

Hope this helps. I am running 2k3se and X30High received 4 weeks ago.

This may sound crazy, but double check the
date/time and time zone of your PDA....

i've seen it around, and have had it happen to me that
MSN messenger wouldnt work if any of those things were
inaccurate....
