You can use the Resco Picture Viewer application that comes on your installation CD. It has an option to 'capture' the screen at any point. I am sure there are other ways but that is one.

I tried that link but the link was broken. So I went to the main web page: http://www.louterrailloune.com/index.php?page=magicss and was able to download it rom there.
It works but for some reason it locked up my Axim the first time that I used it. But after a soft reset it seems to work fine.
Below is what it did from my today screen. By the way I used Microsoft Picture It 7.0 for the pc to convert it over from .bmp to jpg.

Battery/memory condition display
Hi Paul,
is that a free app you are using for the stats on your battery and memory? I tried a different free one, but it is a bit flaky on the X30. A free one that tells how much time you have left would be nice.
Thanks,
Steve

I must admite. I like this program better. It was a lot faster and it let me save today screen in .jpg format. I didn't need to convert it.
Thanks Paul
Below is what it did.

Yes it is a free one. I am trying to remember is the name of it. I put it on a couple of weeks ago and I can't remember the name of it. On the today screen item all it said is launchbar. Not sure it that will help you or not. Maybe someone whom see it on here will know the name of the program. I like it myself. You click on the memory chip picture and it takes you to the Memory icon in the system settings. It is a very good program.

I found it. The program is called Pocket Innovation Launchbar 1.0
I am not sure if that will work on the x3 or not. You can try it.
