Something is definitely strange with the Windows Messenger problem. I received my Axim High a few days ago and on occasion I would have connectivity problems with Messenger, but lately it has been connecting great.

However, I had an unrelated hardware problem with my Axim, so I had dell send me a replacement. So now I have two to test out before I send one back to Dell. I decided to compare my original Axim x30 high with my replacement Axim x30 high. I connected both of them to the Internet and then did a side by side comparison connecting to Windows Messenger. The old one signed on perfectly every time, but the new one did not sign on once! I found this to be very strange, since initially I thought the big problem was something on Messenger's server itself, but it appears to be some kind of problem in the Axim, since one was able to connect and one was not able to connect. After signing on perfectly with my old one several times, and being unable to sign on with my new one. I decided to try something else. I did a hard reset on both of them, so they would be just like they were when I received them from Dell. Guess what... now neither of them can connect to MSN Messenger! It is so bizarre. I don't know what the problem is. Hopefully this gets figured out soon. It's annoying!

-Magic

UPDATE: Last night both of the Axims started logging onto MSN Messenger successfully. I didn't do anything different to the configuration on the axims. Strange...
