Stupid cradle/cable question...

Okay, I know this is a dumb question but since I've never owned a Dell ppc, I have no idea. I keep reading about the high X30 coming with a cradle and the mid X30 coming with a sync cable. Can you use the cradle with the mid X30 also? My confusion comes from my coming from the Palm world where a Tungsten E uses only a sync cable and a Zire 71 uses only a cradle. So can you use both the cradle and the cable with the mid X30?

u can use the cradle for x30 mid and low and x3i's and x3's, its kinda universal.
