lost my built-in memory today in my x30

wasn't doing anything special and all of a sudden it's gone. had to hard reset...

that happened sometimes to my X3i. Usually while i was synced in the cradle and the unit locks up. When soft starting then unit would restart withouth BIS. Sometimes soft starting again fixed it but when it didn't, acting like i would hard start did fix it. Meaning, i did a hard start but canceled it once the confirmation came up and bam there was my BIS again.

Haven't had this problem yet with my X30.

i had exactly the same bug with my x3i and i used the same trick to fix it. forgot to try that trick today with my x30. LOL.
