Hmm To Be Returned OR Not To Be Returned???

well, as per wmcjhi's post, a lot of ppl have a lot of problems...

i only have the screen problem. it's a little insensitive on the edges, especially on the left side...

i don't want to end up with a lousier unit

Considering the great majority of responders to the question "How do you like your X30?" have all been very positive, I'd return yours for a new one while you still can.

Why "why he still can" ? If anything, I'd have thought if the current unit is bearable there might be benefits to waiting a month or two, that way getting a unit off the production line after Dell have *all* the issues sorted out....

I have the same problem, but I think mine's because of the screen protector.

well, call dell and I think they will send you the replacement first. then you return the defective one to dell.

I did very bad job on putting the screen protector, so I won't know it until I actually wanna take it off.. which one be for another few days.. well, I did backup everything, so whenI get the new one, I will just restore the data.. and programs (as you see, I've never used restore on pdas before.. not even with my jornada)
