X30 battery question

I have used Axim X30 mid for about a week. After recent 2 re-charging (4+ hours for each of them), I noticed that battery indicater only showed 92% after I unplugged the charger. I remember battery indicater showed 100% after my initial charge.

Is this normal ?

I have X30 Mid. for just over 1 week... I charge it every night... Before I take it off, the light is Green and I also check the battery (it shows Main Battery 100% and Backup Battery as Normal) before unplugging.

Try an overnight charge (8+ hours) and if it still shows less than 100%, then you've probably got a defective battery. Call Customer Care and ask for a replacement battery.
