I can't close any programs opened in my x30

even after I click "x" several time s and wait 5 min.
how to solve this problem?

Have you tried using Dell's Switcher Bar?
-Start - Settings - Systems[tab] - then find the
icon for "Switcher Bar" ?

With this you can actually 'close' apps...
