A duplication question

A friend has an X3i I can buy. I am interested, but was concerned about syncing. What would I have to do to get all the info from my X3 stored on my computer to the X3i? I believe theres a setting that allows the pc to override the Axim? Also what would be a good offer for an x3i thats about 2 months old and in great condition? TIA

Cant help with the value of an X3 or X3i, but, if your messages/contacts/files are synched with Outlook, then you shouldnt have a problem re-synching with the new pda.

if you used Acitvesync to install the programs on your X3, they will be on your pc and all you should have to do is check the boxes in the Add/Remove Programs in ActiveSync.
