Question Retrieve A Deleted File On Dell X3?

Greetings Axim enthusiasts...Here a question for you:
I need you help on retrieving a sound file that I deleted from my Dell Axim X3. I am not sure where is the recycle bin, if there is any.
Please some ideas would be appreciated!!!

There is no recycle bin. Your file is lost.

Is there any Software to retrieve a deleted file?

I know the hard drive always keeps information on its tracks until new information uses the same Hard Drive sectors. I assume the same happens in X3's.....Is there any Software to retrieve a deleted file?

You could also consider doing regular backups too. Either through Activesync or something like Sprite Backup. I know - information that would have been useful BEFORE you deleted the file, but at least it'll help for next time.
