Screwed Up

I screwed up, was attempting to sync my flex wallet file from my laptop to my Axim X30 storage card and instead of copy and paste I MOVEDit to my storage card, now I don't have that particular wallet on my laptop. Is there a way i can sync it back to my laptop?

My computer>Mobile Device>storage card...then right click file and click copy, then go to wherever you want it on laptop, right click and paste.
