Worried Error Message w/ MS Outlook

I receive the following error when I try to hotsync appointments I created in MS Outlook. I believe it is associated with using the Plan A Meeting feature. Am I doing something wrong?

"ActiveSync Error

One appt cannot be read from Microsoft Outlook due to error
80180B04.
This item will not be synchronized with the mobile devise."

Am I doing something wrong? Please advise.

Does this help:

"One <SSP item> could not be read from Microsoft Outlook due to error 80180B04."

"One <SSP item> could not be written from Microsoft Outlook due to error 80180B03."

Normally, the above two errors indicate that ActiveSync is unable to access the Outlook message store to synchronize recent changes. The most common cause of these messages is attempting to synchronize while your Exchange Server is offline.

To resolve: Usually waiting until you are connected to your Exchange Server before trying to sync will resolve this problem. Make sure that you can connect to your Exchange Server with your desktop copy of Outlook before attempting to synchronize again.

If you have confirmed that you are successfully connecting to your Exchange Server, yet the above errors keep occurring, you will need to locate the item that is failing on your desktop, delete it and then re-create. An example would be an Appointment in Outlook that keeps generating either of the errors above. Since the name of the appointment will be listed in the error ("One <SSP item>..."), you can easily locate it in Outlook on the desktop, delete it and then recreate. If the name of the failing item isn't listed, use the process of elimination steps above for Error 80xxxxxx.
