a USB port would be great, especially since we could then use those USB keys. Which are cheaper than SD cards!

well it would be bigger only when you have it pluged in. That's the beauty because then you can just put it back on your keychain once your done :). Then you'd really look pimped out!

New Dell Axim, 2 GB USB key, wireless key board
PIMPED OUT!

this is the best way i can put it

1: yes the Axim X30 will do it, i suggest the 624MHz ver
2. LOL are you serious? anything plays mp3s now adays
3. Axim X30H has everything in 1 package with no bulky antenna (IE CF wifi like my previous ppc)
4. 2003SE is required for landscape
5. Axim X30H should last you the 2 years, unless computers take some kind of a super jump and in 2 years we have it implanted into our brain

Non important items
1. you don't need VGA to see pictures clearly
2. yes you do
3. you cannot beat the price of an Axim X30H for what you get

nice things
1. if you REALLY need CF get an Asus Mypal 713, has BT, WIFI, SD, CF but will cost you your lower half
2. there is no larger screen unless you wait for the Mypal 730 with a 3.7" VGA screen (won't be out till a while)

Using a plug in keyboard in landscape mode shouldn't be too hard, I am sure someone will make an adapter to extend the sync port of the Axim (or any PDA) if there was enough demand now 2003SE has made landscape mode more of an issue for PPC users

I should get an axim but not now. My axim x30 high locks up so often that I don't put any stuff in it anymore! I will get a replacement. It's probably wise to wait a bit longer until dell is able to identify and fix the problem.
