my first review of axim x30 312 ver

I received today
it came with cradle, 2 batteries, and a case (but it's way too tight)
the screen looks better than HP 1945 (not yellowish), but the light is not even (it's a little bit brighter on the bottom, like x3), it looks darker without illumiation, but still easy to be read under ambient light
there're 6 buttons and + button and center button, the left one is record, the right is wireless switch (turns on/off both)
the expansion slot is a little bit bigger than HP, that HP sync cable is unable to use on it
the AC adaptor is auto-volt, and power cable is detachable (about 30cm length), and a DC in adaptor included (you can use discman's AC adaptor in emergency)
the audio is not bad, compare it with discman, the different is barely to be heard (CD vs 160k ogg, with GSPlayer)
I didn't had success to connect my n-gage at first, due to the connection setting is lost after soft reset
about software compatibility, here it is
Real Player 1.0: okay (no landscape)
GSPlayer: both mode okay, but cancel button don't have text
monster chinese: no problem, but when using chinese input, the icon deformed
AIM/ICQ: no problem on both mode

the system is fine, just get stucked a little bit when using wlan, watching TV over network

wireless lan: it has good reception, no problem with SMC 2804WBR, playing 1400kb wav file using GSPlayer has no problem, then you know how fast it can go

I am satisfied that far
using as digital wireless headphone, one charge can last 150 mins
