Reinstall Window Mobile 2nd Ed.??

Hi,

I think I accidentally deleted all the programs in my Axim 30 (start---programs---file explorer---windows folder---start menu folder). Now, I can't recover the lost programs and don't know if they were deleted permanently.

Should I just reinstall the whole windows? What should i do? Thanks a lot..

If you hold in the small pin in the back of the axim while pressing the power button on the front top you will hard reset your axim.

Doing so will reinstall ALL original software but will delete any changes that you have made since then.

You can however move any files you need to built in storage or a storage card, and then move them back when you are done hard resetting.

1) How on EARTH did you delete them?! (use hard reset)
2) There should be a Windows XP CD that came with your compy. Reinstall it from there

Windows XP CD? You really don't need to unless you somehow got into the hidden part of the ROM where the OS resides and deleted it there. Otherwise the Hard reset is fine. :)
Or if there is an updated version of the OS, then there is a CD.
