X30 high, mid, or low?

What do you consider full-speed? i.e. 0 frameskip with 100% FPS, or something the average human can't tell that it's not running on the orginal machine speedwise, but has to drop frames to do so.

i tried a nes emulator but the onscreen buttons didn't work.
