pocket IE won't save cab files

When I click on a .cab link in pocket IE, it displays the cab file instead of prompting me to save. This didn't happen with my X5. I've tried several different sites... Anyone know what could be causing this?

Thanks,

Mark

That happens on some sites with me too, all these wierd symbols display. You can get rid of this problem by downloading ftxPbrowser. It always you to tap and hold on the link and goto "save as"

I have never had either of those problems...i run SPB Plus though....would that be a difference? Checkout pocketpcmedia.com and try one of theyre vids. If you cant play it then maybe SPB plus fixes that.

I'm running SPB+ too. The problem is blown file associations... somewhere when I was trying something out they were changed and didn't get put back.

PocketTweak by tillansoft can restore file associations. I know I posted a link here somewhere.
