X30 wakes up frequently - why?

I've noticed my X30 wake up about 5 times in 40 minutes. Is there any way I can determine what's turning it on?

I would love to see an answer to this problem myself. When I have my x3i docked it continually comes on and tries to sync with my desktop. I finally just pull it out of the docking station.

My X3i turns it's self on and if I have wireless active it ends up killing the battery. Last week I had to a 100% dead axim that I had to do a system restore to recover my settings.

When you are connected via the USB, it's most likey ActiveSync checking for changes. I never connect this way myself so I cannot be sure but check the Options in AS on your PC. Switching the Desktop schedule from 'Continuously' to 'On connection' or 'Manually' should fix that issue.

For the wireless issue, it may also be due to an ActiveSync setting (check the Tools, Options... settings on the Axim) but most likely is a scheduled check for new email. You can change the setting (from page 4 in the Account settings, select Options and uncheck the box) but I simply switch the active account from one of my email accounts to ActiveSync before I shut down the PPC.
