SD Average Write Speed

Is it normal to get a 100kb/s write speed. I get this my ActiveSync ->> Explore ->> Storage Card. Is there a faster way or is this normal? Oh yea, BTW Axim X30H with a Kingston 512mb card.

Edit: My Read speed seems to be around 2Mbit\s that seems pretty good? Right?

Use a card reader, it should be much faster. But it's normal to get that speed via activesync, i do too. But for ultra fast speed, go get a faster sd card, haha. (i don't need one of those though)
