? documentation software ?

I'm new to this site and Axim community. I'd like to know if anyone knows of a good site where I can get software for documenting progress notes/treatment sessions. I'm a physical therapist and I know that I can use my X30 for work-related purposes, especially documenting, which would make my life so much easier. Tried google searching, but to no avail. Any help wold be great.

What if you made a word template with your standard sessions and just changed what's new, I think i've seen PTs do similar things. I know I computer generated reports from them that look like they filled in fields in a form.
