Sync'ing 2 x30h's

Okay, here's the situation. I'm axiously waiting on my order to come in, so bear with the uneducated question...

I am using two x30h's to run an AV system in a sports bar. (16 Sat tuners, 50 TV's, 7 zones of audio, etc.) One is for the upper level, one for the lower level. Is there a way to make sure that Outlook, and the other programs are sync'ed up in real time with each other? I want the two to be absolutely identical from minute to minute so that the managers can constantly communicate and know what's going on in the restaurant.

You should just use an instant messaging client to do this, it would be much quicker and easier than email...

More than just one-on-one communication, there are emails from customers, the owners of the restaurant, accountants, food and drink service providers, etc.

Ahhh...AFAIK, there's no real way to do this...you can have activesync synchronize via wifi, but they'd have to initiate the synch manually each time they want to have their info updated...could they just use something like hotmail through PIE? THen just hit refresh whenever they need to?
