From Pocket Word to Word Perfect

I repeat - when it comes to computer things, I'm a dunce - I don't know how to copy documents from Pocket Word on the Axim to Word Perfect on my Inspiron. Can you even do that? Someone help?

Connect through Active sycn, then click on the explore button in active sycn on your PC. Your file will be right in your face now as it shows your documents you made. Just copy and paste your pocket word file on to your desktop. You are set, just open the file on your desktop now.
